We set our priorities in the utilisation of web technology in various areas:
in advising on various information technology topics, in the implementation of software applications and in the provision of holistic IT and Internet solutions.
The name of our company is also our motto. it: matters is an acronym for "Information technology matters" . It also stands for "it matters", another expression for "it is of importance."
Information technology (short: IT) is an important pillar in today's globalized digital society. Without them, a networked world as we know it would not be possible.
Under the heading of Mobile solutions, Internet and media technology as well as in Collaborative Distance and eLearning, we have our expertise. In these areas we concentrate for future business opportunities.

Our core competence lies in the Internet sector and the use of Internet-based technologies in various application scenarios. Since 1993, we are involved in the design and creation of complex websites. We set for each of the currently latest technologies and trends in this environment, for example Web 2.0 or Semantic Web.
Automation
We have extensive expertise in the areas of logistics and transportation, particularly with regard to consistent use of IT in the automation of logistical processes.
Knowledge Transfer
We are committed to imparting knowledge to the fields of IT and Internet technologies (E-Learning) and can draw on our years of experience in knowledge transfer to young people in secondary and tertiary ; ucation sector in the IT training.
project management
it: matters is well versed in IT project management on international level. Since late 2006, our employees are involved at European level for improving the academic and vocational training for young people as part of the funding Leonardo da Vinci.
